Hey there! Ready to make a move and sell your home? You've got options, and we're here to help.

Check out these two paths you can take:

Option 1: DIY with Zillow

Thinking of rocking the "For Sale by Owner" (FSBO) route? Awesome! Here's a step-by-step guide to list your home on Zillow:

1. Get Started with an Account: If you're not already on Zillow, no worries! Just sign up or log in to get the ball rolling.

2. Find the "Sell" Section: Once you're in, look for the "Sell" tab. It's your magic button to list your place.

3. Show Your Home Some Love: Tell us all about your home. How many bedrooms and bathrooms? What's the size? Don't forget your address!

4. Snap, Snap – Photos Time: Capture your home's best angles with great photos. Let those pictures speak a thousand words!

5. Price it Right: Decide on the price you want for your home. Zillow can help with a suggestion, but do a little research to be spot-on.

6. Wave the "FSBO" Flag: Choose the "For Sale by Owner" option. That tells everyone you're the captain of this ship.

7. Prove it's Yours: Zillow will need to make sure the home is really yours. Some docs might be needed, so keep them handy. Verification can take up to 72 hours.

8. Give it a Once-Over: Review your listing. Everything looking A-OK? Great!

9. Give a Nod: There are some terms to nod to – take a sec to read them, and when you're good, click that "I agree" button.

10. Time to Shine: Hit the "Publish" button – whoop! Your home will be live on Zillow for all to see once the verification process is complete.

11. Stay in the Loop: You're not alone now. Manage your listing from your Zillow account and chat with potential buyers.

12. Get the Most from SparkOffer: Make sure you direct all potential buyers to SparkOffer to make their offers. The way for you to maximize your home sale value is to stay steadfast on all offers coming to you via SparkOffer.

Option 2: Team Up with a Real Estate Agent

Feeling like you'd rather have some pro help? You got it!

1. Find an Agent: Look around for real estate agents in your area. Ask friends or family for recommendations, or do a quick online search.

2. Interview Potential Agents: Reach out to a few agents you're interested in. Ask about their experience, track record, and how they plan to sell your home.

3. Discuss Terms: Talk money and all that good stuff. Agents usually work on commission, so understand their fee structure.

4. Let Them Do Their Thing: Once you've picked an agent, they'll take the lead. They'll handle the listing, marketing, and showings. You want to let them know that you have already signed up for SparkOffer and you want all of your offers coming to you via SparkOffer.

5. Stay in the Loop: While your agent takes the reins, you're still part of the team. Make sure you pick an agent that is committed to giving you regular updates.

So, which path are you feeling? DIY with Zillow or Team up with an Agent? No matter what, we're here to support you all the way.

Best of luck with your home sale journey! 🏑🌟
